Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Help your employees cope with personal problems that affect their performance with our EAP

Life happens—to each and every one of us—and sometimes will impact how we function at work. From everyday stressors to major life transitions, Inspired Beliefs is dedicated to helping individuals live life to their fullest potential both at work & in their personal life. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is therefore a great way to improve your business on the Virginia Peninsula or across Hampton Roads and beyond.

Confidential, individual assistance and support services

The workplace can be a key location for activities designed to improve well-being among adults. Workplace wellness programs like those in our EAP can identify those at risk and connect them to treatment and put in place supports to help employees reduce and manage stress.

By addressing mental health issues in the workplace through an EAP, employers can reduce health care costs for their businesses and employees.
