Hmmm? Is there even a difference? Yes, there is! During my time in the workforce, I have had many bosses, but very few leaders. Bosses typically:

· Manage people

· Are authority-driven

· Tell you what to do

· Their success is where they find the most joy

· Will always want to be your boss
